Temple Bar Cultural Trust is a private limited company that works on a not-for-profit basis to support culture in Temple Bar. We fund all core activity from our property income.
We Support Culture in 4 Ways
1. Cultural Buildings & Spaces
We look after 14 nationally important cultural buildings and 4 public spaces, providing discounts worth over €2 million to artists and cultural organisations.
2. Commissioning New Work
We commission new work in every art form and collaborate with others to present and produce new works.
3. Free Outdoor Events
We organise over 250 free outdoor cultural events every year, including Diversions — Ireland's largest free outdoor cultural event!
4. Cultural Information Centre
We run the Temple Bar Cultural Information Centre, where our expert team helps you make the most of your time in Temple Bar.
Temple Bar Cultural Trust has a full-time staff of 13 and is governed by a Board appointed by Dublin City Council.
